General on the processing of personal data
The scope of processing corresponds to the nature of our website, through which you can mainly book Pets Yoga lessons at one of our branches.
We will process the data that you provide to us or that we collect about you for the purposes set out below and only for as long as necessary.
We will keep your data reasonably secure and will not pass it on to any unauthorised person.
Details of the processing of personal data are set out below for each purpose of processing.
Lesson booking
Whether you want to try the combination of yoga and puppy cuddling for the first time or you are a regular visitor – you must book a class in advance on our website.
By making a reservation, you’ll know you’re counted on.
Our booking system also allows you to conveniently pay for your lesson online.
For these purposes, we will process the personal data provided by you on the basis of the necessity of such processing for the fulfilment of our contractual obligations.
We will, of course, issue you a tax document for your payment and record it in our accounts, as required by law.
On the basis of our legitimate interests in protecting our rights, we will retain information about your participation in the lesson in question for the duration of the limitation period in any case.
You can object to this form of processing at any time.

Whether you choose to contact us by email, in writing, by phone or by using the enquiry form on our website, the data you provide will be stored and used.
We will only use the data for the purpose of dealing with your enquiry.
This is done on the basis of the necessity of such processing to answer your enquiry regarding our services, which are essentially measures taken before you book a lesson with us or we agree to work with you as a breeder.
We will process the data to the extent that you provide it to us.
Of course, the more we learn about you, the easier communication and subsequent cooperation can be.
If we do not agree on cooperation, we will delete communication with you within 1 month of the last message.
Cooperation with breeders
Are you a breeder and interested in working with us?
Of course, we cannot do without your identification, contact details and other personal data.
We process your data for the purpose of establishing cooperation and subsequently for the purpose of fulfilling our contractual rights and obligations.
The processing will therefore be carried out on the basis of its necessity for the performance of the contract and the implementation of the measures taken prior to its conclusion.
We will also process your payment data in order to comply with our legal obligations in the areas of tax and accounting.
We will record data about our cooperation on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting our rights until the claims of both parties are no longer valid.
You can object to this form of processing at any time.
Transmission of personal data
We may be required to transfer your personal data to public authorities in cases provided for by law, in particular in connection with tax regulations.

If the legal conditions are met, we will delete or restrict the processing of your data upon request.
