You can find our lessons in Brno, Olomouc and other cities.

You can look forward to 45 minutes of yoga and 15 minutes of final cuddling with the puppies.
The class itself begins with simple introductory poses that are adapted to be safe for the presence of puppies.
Meanwhile, the puppies are free to move freely and casually among the practitioners, creating a relaxed atmosphere.

During the exercise, emphasis is placed on positions on the ground, such as child’s position, cat or dog, which are safe and friendly for puppies.
Practitioners have the opportunity to bond with the puppies, which adds another dimension of relaxation and enjoyment.

Before the start of the lesson, the entire room is checked and carefully prepared.
We use special disinfectants that are approved by the breeding consultants and we first disinfect the whole area and then the mats, which are changed regularly.

In front of the entrance to the hall there is a stand with a special hand sanitizer for exercisers.
This ensures maximum hygiene for both puppies and practitioners.

The purpose of PetsYoga is to combine the physical and mental benefits of yoga with the presence of puppies.
It is a great opportunity for puppies to socialize and interact with people, which is important for their healthy development.

It is a unique way for exercisers to relax and reduce stress.
Our classes are designed to be safe and beneficial for both humans and puppies.

The puppies come from registered breeders and their presence is an opportunity for socialization.
Puppies normally attend our PetsYoga classes between 6 – 8 weeks after vaccination.
The whole course of the class is relaxed for the puppies and they can relax near the practitioners at any time.
Our team cares for the puppies throughout the lesson to ensure their well-being and safety.
Puppies are free to move around the area and get to know the practitioners before the lesson.

Puppies usually visit us on weekends and we organize a maximum of two lessons on one day together with the puppies.
After our lessons the puppies go to their new homes with their owners.

Comfortable clothes for exercise will be enough.
We will take care of everything else!

All our lessons are primarily in Czech.
For participants who speak other languages, we try to be as helpful as possible and provide basic instruction in English or other languages as our instructors are available and able.
If you have concerns about language barriers, please feel free to contact us in advance and we will try to find the best solution for you.

Yes, due to limited capacity and to ensure sufficient space for everyone, including puppies, it is necessary to book and pay in advance in the booking system on our website.

Yes, but only under certain conditions.
Children 11 years and older can only take part in the lesson if accompanied by an adult.
Children aged 15 and over can already attend the lesson unaccompanied.

Due to the presence of puppies and in some cases adult dogs, our classes are not suitable for allergy sufferers.
